Premium direct thermal paper

Z-Select 2000D is made of matte white, top-coated direct thermal paper. The protective top coating ensures a smooth print surface and helps in printing sharp barcodes and clearly legible text. In addition, the coating offers extra protection against moisture, oil, and other normal environmental influences.

Because these labels are direct thermal, you do not need a ribbon. The print head heats the material directly to create the print.

Permanent adhesive

Item 800262-125 is equipped with a permanent rubber-based adhesive. The adhesive is developed for reliable adhesion on various common surfaces and can also be used at lower temperatures.

Zebra specifies a minimum application temperature of 0 °C. After the label has been applied correctly and the adhesive has bonded well, the material can be used at temperatures from approximately -40 °C to 50 °C.

This makes Z-Select 2000D widely applicable within warehousing, logistics, retail, and product identification.

2,100 labels per roll

Every roll contains 2,100 labels. A box consists of 12 rolls. This means you receive a total of:

• 25,200 labels per box.

Due to the compact size, many labels fit on one roll. This is convenient when you print larger quantities of barcode, price, or product labels daily.

Gap detection and perforation

Item 800262-125 consists of die-cut labels with approximately 3.175 mm of space between each label. The printer uses this gap for gap detection and thus recognizes where each new label begins.

This version has:

• Gap detection
• No black mark
• Perforation in the backing paper
• Outside wound

Thanks to the perforation, you can easily tear off a part of the printed roll.

For Zebra desktop label printers

The roll has a 25.4 mm core, an outer diameter of 127 mm, and a total roll width of approximately 60 mm.

As a result, item 800262-125 fits within various Zebra desktop label printers in terms of physical dimensions, including:

• Zebra ZD220
• Zebra ZD410
• Zebra ZD420
• Zebra ZD421

Various older Zebra desktop printers can also work with this roll size.
