At Euro-Label, we do everything possible to deliver your order quickly and carefully. Not quite satisfied or is something wrong? Don't worry — we will resolve it for you properly.

 

Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the full order amount, including standard shipping costs. The costs for the return shipment are for your own account.

 

Conditions

• The product is unused
• Complete with all supplied accessories
• If possible, in its original state and packaging
• Undamaged and free of signs of installation or use

Please note:
Printers can only be returned if unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. In case of visible installation or use, we may charge a depreciation fee.

Is your product defective or not working as expected? We are happy to help you.

All Euro-Label products are covered by at least the manufacturer's warranty. Within the warranty period, we will ensure a correct and prompt handling of your repair or replacement.

To process your request efficiently, we ask you to first submit an RMA request.
