Ordered on business days before 4:00 PM, shipped today

We deliver most products directly from our own stock.

Did you order on a business day before 4:00 PM and has the payment been completed successfully?
Then your order will be processed and offered to DHL the same day.

In 95% of cases, your order will be delivered the next business day.
Sometimes the delivery time may be 1 to 2 business days, depending on the product and the time of ordering.

For every product in our webshop, you can see immediately whether it is in stock.
Is the ordered quantity greater than our stock? Then we will immediately coordinate with our supplier to complete your order as quickly as possible.

Free shipping from € 50,- excl. VAT (The Netherlands & Belgium)
Below € 50,- a fixed shipping fee of € 8,50 applies

As soon as we have received your payment, we will carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Every order is neatly packed to prevent damage during transport.

Delivery

We work together with DHL for reliable delivery.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email around 5:00 PM with a tracking code. This allows you to easily track your package.

Although delivery is in the hands of DHL, we remain involved.
Is there a delay or do you have questions? Then we will look for a solution together.

Damaged or something not right?

Did your order arrive damaged?
Let us know.

After receipt and inspection, we will ensure that a new item is shipped within 48 hours.
We think it is important that you can get back to work quickly.

Pick-up in Moerdijk

Would you rather pick up your order yourself? That is possible.

Place your order via the website and choose 'Pick-up' at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation from us as soon as your order is ready.

Payment can be made in advance via the webshop or upon pick-up.
