Full Colour Labels

A good label does more than just show information. It shows who you are, ensures your product stands out, and instantly gives packaging a professional look. Whether it's a bottle, jar, box, bag, garment, or industrial packaging: with a custom label, you make your product recognizable.

At Euro-Label, you can have labels made completely to measure. We produce labels in various materials, shapes, colors, and sizes. This is possible from a small batch of 3 labels to a production run of 3 million labels.

Would you prefer to print your own color labels? We can help you with that too. With an Epson ColorWorks color label printer, you can produce professional full-color labels yourself, exactly when you need them.

Custom labels for every application

Not every product needs the same label. For instance, a label on a dry cardboard box faces different conditions than a label on a chilled bottle, flexible packaging, or personal care product.

That is why we look beyond just the size and design. We discuss, among other things:

  • The surface the label will be applied to
  • Whether the label will be exposed to moisture, cold, or heat
  • How long the label needs to remain legible and neat
  • Whether the label will be applied manually or by machine
  • Whether you want to print information yourself later

This way, we work together to choose a label that is not only attractive but also fits your product and working method perfectly.

Various materials for custom labels

The choice of material largely determines the appearance and durability of a label. That is why we can produce custom labels in various types of paper and synthetic materials.

Paper labels:

  • Paper labels are suitable for many standard applications. Think of labels for boxes, jars, bottles, gift packaging, and products used in a dry environment.
  • Paper is available in various finishes. You can, for example, choose a matte, smooth, or more natural look. The material can be printed in full color.

Direct thermal labels:

  • Direct thermal labels are printed with heat and do not require an ink ribbon. They are widely used for shipping labels, logistics labels, barcodes, price tags, and product information.
  • These labels are especially useful when you want to print variable data quickly and easily. Also see our direct thermal labels and shipping labels.

Thermal transfer labels:

  • Thermal transfer labels are printed using a label printer and an ink ribbon. This technique is suitable when the print needs to remain legible for longer or needs to be more resistant to usage and conditions.
  • Thermal transfer labels are used for warehouse labels, product labels, barcode labels, rating plates, and industrial applications, among others.

Synthetic labels:

  • For applications where paper is not strong or moisture-resistant enough, you can choose a synthetic label. Synthetic labels are often more resistant to moisture, tearing, and intensive use.

We supply custom labels made of, among other things:

  • Polypropylene, also called PP
  • Polyethylene, also called PE
  • Other synthetic materials

Polypropylene has a neat and professional appearance and is widely used for cosmetics, food, beverages, and cleaning products. Polyethylene is more flexible and therefore fits well with packaging that is squeezed or bent, such as bottles, tubes, and jerrycans.

Transparent labels for a luxurious look

With transparent labels, the packaging remains partially visible. This creates a clean and luxurious appearance, often referred to as the "no-label look." Transparent labels are beautiful on glass bottles, jars, plastic packaging, cosmetics, and personal care products. The text, images, and colors are printed, while other parts of the label remain clear.

We carefully consider the color of the packaging and its contents beforehand. A design can look different on a dark bottle than on completely transparent packaging.

Pre-printing full-color labels

Do you want your logo, corporate identity, images, and fixed product information printed directly on the label? We can pre-print your labels entirely in full color.

A beautiful color label does not have to be very expensive, even for smaller runs. This makes full-color labels attractive for start-up brands, temporary promotions, seasonal products, and companies with multiple product variants.

You can, for example, have labels made for:

  • Bottles, jars, and boxes
  • Food and beverages
  • Cosmetics and personal care products
  • Coffee, tea, and delicacies
  • Clothing and textiles
  • Gift packaging
  • Industrial products
  • Samples and trial packaging

The labels are delivered ready to use. You just need to apply them to your product or packaging.

Combining full color with variable information

Not all information on a product label remains the same. Your logo, background, and corporate identity are often fixed, while other data changes per product, size, or production run.

That is why we can partially pre-print a label in full color. Afterwards, you can add the variable information yourself using a suitable label printer.

Think of:

  • Product names and variants
  • Ingredients and allergens
  • Best-before dates
  • Production and batch numbers
  • Serial numbers
  • Barcodes and QR codes
  • Article numbers and prices
  • Clothing sizes
  • Unique text or codes

This allows you to use the same professional base for different flavors, sizes, or versions. As a result, you do not have to have a completely new label produced for every minor change.

QR codes, barcodes, and unique data

With variable data, every label can contain different information. A QR code can, for example, refer to a manual, product page, ingredient list, promotion, or instruction video. Barcodes can be used for inventory management, warehouse processes, or POS systems. Sequential numbers, serial numbers, and unique product codes can also be added. Euro-Label will advise you on the right combination of labels, printer, and software. This ensures that your barcodes and QR codes are printed clearly and legibly.

Having labels cut into custom shapes

A custom label doesn't always have to be rectangular. We can cut labels into various shapes so that the design fits your product and brand perfectly.

Consider, for example:

  • Round labels
  • Oval labels
  • Square labels
  • Rounded corners
  • A contour around a logo or image
  • A completely custom shape

In doing so, we take into account the packaging and the way you want to process the labels. After all, a special shape should not only be beautiful but also practical to apply.

Metallic colors and special finishes

In addition to standard full-color printing, striking materials and effects are also possible. With these, you can make a logo, product name, or background stand out even more.

Consider, for example:

  • Gold-colored labels
  • Silver-colored labels
  • Metallic red
  • Metallic blue
  • Metallic purple
  • Gold and silver foil
  • Matte or glossy finishes

Metallic labels are interesting for products that should have a luxurious or striking appearance, such as cosmetics, beverages, gift items, and exclusive product packaging.

Large labels up to 210 mm wide

We can also produce custom labels for larger packaging and industrial applications. Think, for example, of labels for boxes, buckets, jerrycans, barrels, large product packaging, or extensive product information. The labels can be produced up to a maximum width of 210 mm and are possible in various lengths. This leaves plenty of room for a striking design, detailed product information, safety data, ingredients, barcodes, or QR codes.

We look not only at the size of the label but also at how you want to process it. The number of labels per roll, core diameter, winding direction, and maximum roll diameter can be tailored to your label printer or labeling machine. This way, you receive a custom roll that fits well into your production process and can be used immediately.

From 3 to 3 million labels

Custom labels are often associated with high minimum order quantities. At Euro-Label, that is not always necessary. We can produce custom labels from 3 pieces up to 3 million labels. Small batches are ideal for product testing, samples, temporary promotions, seasonal products, or a new design you want to try out first. Even if you sell many different flavors, sizes, or product variants, a small batch can be a smart choice.

For fixed production lines and recurring orders, we can produce larger quantities. Together, we look at the most suitable production method, roll configuration, and order quantity. This way, you don't have to keep an unnecessarily large stock of labels, reducing the chance that labels will become unusable due to a changed design, modified ingredients, or new product information. You order the quantity that fits your product, application, and consumption.

Print your own full-color labels with Epson ColorWorks

Do you regularly print different product labels or small batches? Then it might be interesting to produce your own labels with an Epson ColorWorks label printer.

With the Epson ColorWorks series, you print professional full-color labels whenever you need them. This means you need to keep fewer pre-printed labels in stock and can respond faster when a product name, ingredient, price, or design changes.

Printing in full color yourself is especially interesting if you:

  • Have many different products
  • Regularly print small batches
  • Frequently have changes in product information
  • Want to personalize labels per order
  • Want to add barcodes and QR codes
  • Want to introduce new products quickly

Check out our Epson ColorWorks color label printers and the matching Epson labels in paper, synthetic, matte, and glossy material.

Euro-Label not only helps you choose the right printer. We also help you think through the right label material, software, and installation.

Pre-printed labels or print them yourself?

Which solution is best depends on your product range, volumes, and production process. Fully pre-printed labels are often suitable when you regularly use the same design. You will then receive a ready-to-use label with consistent color and appearance.

Printing in full color yourself with Epson ColorWorks is interesting if you have many different designs, small print runs, or frequently changing product information. A combination is also possible. For example, we pre-print the fixed corporate identity or background, after which you add the product name, ingredients, barcode, or expiration date yourself.

Which labels fit your product?

The right custom label depends on your packaging, application, and method of processing. That is why we look together at the material, type of adhesive, size, printing, and desired volume. Do you not have a full design yet, or are you unsure which material you need? A photo of the packaging or a sample of the current label is often enough to look at the possibilities together.
