All online payments are processed via Buckaroo Payment Services.
Thanks to a secure SSL connection, your details are always processed safely.

With iDEAL, you pay easily via your own banking environment.

Because the payment is confirmed immediately, we can start processing your order right away.

Pay via your PayPal account or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).

For payments via PayPal, we charge €0.35 + 1.5% of the order amount.

Here too, your order will be processed immediately.

Would you prefer to pay via manual bank transfer? That is possible.

After placing your order, you will receive the payment instructions by email.
As soon as we have received the payment, we will process your order.

Because this can take a little longer, we are happy to think along with you if speed is important.

We do not charge any extra costs for bank transfers.

For our Belgian customers, we offer Bancontact / Mister Cash.

This allows us to process and ship your order quickly.

Have you received a payment reminder?
In that case, we have not (yet) registered a full payment.

Is something not right or do you have a question?
Feel free to contact us — we are happy to look for a solution together.

Once we have correctly received and approved a return shipment, the amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 working days.

Have you paid by credit card or Maestro? Please note that processing may take up to 3 weeks, depending on your bank.
