The 102x38 mm Zebra Z-Select 2000D labels are wide and relatively low. This allows you to combine, for example, a longer barcode with an item number, location code, price, or short product description.

Premium direct thermal paper

Z-Select 2000D is made of matte white, top-coated direct thermal paper. The protective top coating ensures a smooth print surface and helps in printing sharp barcodes and clearly legible text. The coating also provides extra protection against moisture, oil, and other common environmental influences.

Because these labels are direct thermal, you do not need a ribbon. The printer creates the print directly by heating the thermal material.

Permanent adhesive

The labels are provided with a permanent rubber-based adhesive. This adhesive has been developed for reliable adhesion on various common surfaces and can also be used at lower temperatures.

Zebra specifies a minimum application temperature of 0 °C. Once the label has adhered properly, the material can be used at temperatures ranging from approximately -40 °C to 50 °C.

This makes Z-Select 2000D widely applicable within warehousing, logistics, retail, and product identification.

1,790 labels per roll

Each roll contains 1,790 labels. A box consists of 12 rolls. This means you will receive a total of:

• 21,480 labels per box.

Because of the large number of labels per roll, you have to change rolls less often. This is convenient when large quantities of barcode, product, or warehouse labels are printed daily.

Perforation in the liner

For item 800264-155, the liner between the labels is perforated. This allows you to easily tear off a part of the printed roll when you want to take or distribute multiple labels.

The printer recognizes the individual labels via gap detection. This version does not have a black mark.

For Zebra desktop label printers

The roll has a 25.4 mm core and an outer diameter of 127 mm. The total roll width is approximately 105 mm.

This makes item 800264-155 suitable for various Zebra desktop label printers, including:

• Zebra ZD220
• Zebra ZD421

Various older Zebra desktop printers from the GC, GK, and GX series, among others, can also work with this roll size.
