The Zebra Z-Select 2000D 102x38 mm labels have a wide and relatively low format. This makes them practical for, for example, a long barcode combined with an item number, location code, or short product description.

Premium direct thermal paper

Z-Select 2000D is made of matte white, top-coated direct thermal paper. The protective top coating provides a smooth printing surface and helps in printing sharp barcodes and clearly legible text. In addition, the coating offers extra protection against moisture, oil, and other normal environmental influences.

Because the material is direct thermal, you do not need a ribbon. The printer heats the material directly to create the print.

Permanent adhesive

The labels are equipped with a permanent rubber-based adhesive. This adhesive is developed for good adhesion to various common surfaces. Zebra recommends Z-Select 2000D for logistics, warehouse, retail, and product identification, among other things.

The label can be applied from 0 °C. After the adhesive has bonded well, the material can be used at temperatures of approximately -40 °C to 50 °C.

This makes this series also suitable for various applications involving chilled products and cold environments.

4,225 labels per roll

This version is supplied on a large roll with 4,225 labels. A box contains 4 rolls. In total, you therefore receive:

16,900 labels per box.

Due to the large number of labels per roll, you do not have to replace a roll as often. That is convenient when larger quantities of labels are printed daily.

Perforation between the labels

These rolls are equipped with perforation between the labels.

This allows you to easily tear off printed labels or a part of the roll. The individual labels are detected by the printer via the space between the labels.

For midrange and industrial Zebra printers

The roll has a 76.2 mm core and an outer diameter of approximately 200 mm. This large roll construction is intended for midrange and industrial label printers.

In terms of format and roll dimensions, this version fits within the media specifications of current Zebra printers such as:

• Zebra ZT231
• Zebra ZT411

These printers support rolls with a 76 mm core and an outer diameter of up to approximately 203 mm.
