The Zebra Z-Select 2000D labels of 102x102 mm have a spacious square format. This allows you to, for example, combine a larger barcode with an item number, location code, product description, or logistical information.

Premium direct thermal paper

Z-Select 2000D is made of matte white, top-coated direct thermal paper.

The protective top-coating ensures a smooth print surface and helps in printing sharp barcodes and clearly legible text. The coating also offers extra protection against moisture, oil, and other normal environmental influences.

Because the labels are direct thermal, you do not need a ribbon. The printer creates the print directly by heating the thermal material.

Permanent adhesive

The labels are provided with a permanent rubber-based adhesive. This adhesive is developed for reliable adhesion to various common surfaces and continues to perform well at lower temperatures.

Zebra specifies a minimum application temperature of 0 °C. Once the label is properly applied, the material can be used at temperatures of approximately -40 °C to 50 °C.

This makes Z-Select 2000D suitable for diverse applications within logistics, warehousing, retail, and production.

700 labels per roll

Each roll contains 700 labels. A box consists of 12 rolls. This means you receive a total of:

• 8,400 labels per box.

Due to the combination of a spacious format and 700 labels per roll, this version is practical for daily use with a desktop label printer.

Gap detection with perforation

Item 800264-405 consists of die-cut labels with approximately 3.175 mm of space between each label.

The printer uses this space for gap detection and thus recognizes where each new label begins.

This version has:

• No black mark
• Perforation in the backing paper

Because of the perforation, you can easily tear off a printed label or a part of the roll.

For Zebra desktop label printers

The roll has a 25.4 mm core and an outer diameter of 127 mm. The total roll width is approximately 105 mm.

As a result, item 800264-405 is suitable for various Zebra desktop label printers, including:

• Zebra ZD220
• Zebra ZD421

Various older Zebra desktop printers from the GK, GX, and GC series, among others, can also work with this roll size.
