Z-Perform 1000D 60 Receipt roll 50mm

Do you want to print a receipt, proof of payment, or short delivery note on the go without carrying a wide paper roll?

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 60 Receipt Roll 50 mm is a compact thermal receipt roll for mobile applications where a paper width of 50 mm is sufficient.

20.3 meters of continuous paper

Each roll contains 20.3 meters of continuous thermal paper. There are no pre-determined labels or fixed print lengths.

The printer uses only the amount of paper required for the receipt. A short payment receipt can therefore be only a few centimeters long, while a more detailed receipt will use more paper.

This makes this version flexible whenever the length of each print job varies.

No label and no adhesive layer

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 60 Receipt Roll is not a self-adhesive label.

This version features:

• No adhesive layer
• No backing
• No individual labels
• No gaps between labels
• No fixed label format
• Continuous thermal paper

The printed receipt is therefore used as a standalone document and is not intended to be stuck onto anything.

60 microns: a lot of paper on a small roll

This version uses Z-Perform 1000D 60 paper. The thermal paper is approximately 60 microns thick and weighs about 55 g/m².

Because the paper is relatively thin, Zebra can fit 20.3 meters of paper onto a roll with an outside diameter of only about 46 mm.

This is a major advantage for mobile use: you get a substantial length of paper without the roll becoming large and heavy.

Replace the receipt roll less often

Each box contains 30 rolls. With 20.3 meters per roll, you receive a total of approximately:

• 609 meters of thermal receipt paper

This makes this package suitable for when the mobile printer is used daily and you want to keep enough spare receipt rolls in stock.

Direct thermal: no ribbon required

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 60 Receipt Roll is direct thermal.

The print head heats the paper directly to make text, numbers, and barcodes visible.

Therefore, you do not need:

• Ribbon
• Ink
• Toner

This keeps a mobile printer simple to use: just insert the receipt roll and print.

No black mark and no perforation

This version consists of standard continuous receipt paper.

The roll has:

• No black mark
• No gap
• No perforation
• No adhesive layer
• Outside winding

The printer feeds the paper through until the desired receipt length is reached.

Uncoated thermal paper

The Z-Perform 1000D 60 Receipt Roll is made of white, smooth, uncoated direct thermal paper. The material is developed for daily receipts and documents where a clear black print is required at a practical price.

Zebra mentions applications such as mobile receipts, invoices, delivery documents, and coupons. The material is primarily intended for normal indoor conditions.

Not intended for long-term exposure to moisture or sun

Because this is uncoated thermal paper, this receipt roll was not developed for harsh conditions.

Zebra advises against prolonged exposure to, among other things:

• Moisture
• Solvents
• High heat
• UV light

The material is specifically intended for normal store receipts, payment receipts, and mobile documents.
