The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 51x25 mm is equipped with a black mark on the back of the liner material. The printer uses this mark to accurately detect where each subsequent label begins.

No perforation

The backing of this version is not perforated. The labels are typically removed from the backing paper and applied immediately after printing.

Would you prefer to tear off multiple printed labels with the backing still attached? Then a version with perforation might be more convenient.

Direct thermal printing without ribbon

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 51x25 mm is made of white, uncoated direct thermal paper. The printhead heats the thermal material directly to create the print.

Therefore, you do not need:

• Thermal transfer ribbon
• Ink
• Toner

This is extra practical for mobile printing: in addition to the label rolls, you do not need to carry or replace a separate print ribbon.

Permanent adhesive (acrylic) 

The labels are equipped with a permanent adhesive (acrylic). This adhesive is intended for daily applications where the label must remain in place on many common surfaces after application. This is suitable for, for example, product identification, inventory management, price labels, and internal warehouse coding.

Do you need a label that can be easily removed later? Then a removable version is a better choice.

For normal indoor applications

Z-Perform 1000D is Zebra's standard uncoated direct thermal paper quality. This quality is primarily intended for practical indoor applications where a clear barcode or text is needed, but no extra protective coating is required.

The material is well-suited for:

• Inventory management

The uncoated paper is less suitable for prolonged exposure to moisture, oil, sunlight, or heavy wear. For such conditions, we recommend a label material specifically developed for those purposes.

For mobile Zebra label printers

The compact 19 mm core and Ø56 mm roll make this version suitable for mobile Zebra label printers.

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 51x25 mm is mentioned for, among others:
