The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 148x210 mm is made of white, uncoated direct thermal paper. The print head heats the material directly to make the barcode and text visible.

Z-Perform 1000D is Zebra's uncoated direct thermal paper quality for general indoor applications. With this large 148x210 mm format, the application is primarily in situations where a lot of information must be clearly visible.

Because the paper is uncoated, it is less suitable for prolonged exposure to moisture. For humid or harsher conditions, we recommend a material specifically developed for that purpose.
The labels are individually die-cut. There is approximately 2.7 mm of space between each label, which the printer can use for positioning.

The current Zebra ZT421 supports media up to 178 mm wide and rolls up to approximately Ø203 mm on a 76 mm core. This roll of approximately 151 mm wide and Ø200 mm therefore falls within that range.
A Zebra ZT411 is not suitable for this roll width; that printer supports a maximum of approximately 114 mm wide media.
