The size provides sufficient print space for a larger barcode with additional information, while each industrial roll contains no less than 2,110 labels.

2,110 labels per industrial roll

Each roll contains 2,110 labels. A box consists of 4 rolls. This means you will receive a total of:

The large number per roll is one of the main advantages of this version.

With intensive use, you need to replace a new roll less often. This is convenient when a printer is part of a fixed production, warehouse, or packaging process throughout the workday.

Large 76 mm core and 200 mm roll

This version is clearly made for larger printers.

The roll features:

• 76.2 mm core
• approx. 200 mm outer diameter
• approx. 104.8 mm roll width

This is a typical roll configuration for midrange and industrial Zebra label printers. The large outer diameter makes the high capacity of 2,110 labels per roll possible.

A standard Zebra desktop printer is not suitable for a roll of this size.

Suitable for fixed printing locations with high usage

This Zebra Z-Perform 1000D version is particularly well-suited for a workplace where labels are printed continuously throughout the day.

Consider, for example, a shipping or packaging station where boxes are identified, a warehouse where new inventory labels are created, or a production line where products and outer packaging are provided with a barcode.

In these cases, a large industrial roll is often much more practical than constantly replacing small rolls.

Direct thermal printing without a ribbon

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x76 mm is made of white, uncoated direct thermal paper.

The printhead heats the thermal material directly to print text and barcodes.

Therefore, you do not need: 

• Thermal transfer ribbon
• Ink
• Toner

This keeps the printing process simple, especially when large numbers of labels are processed during the day.

Permanent adhesive (acrylic) 

The labels are equipped with a permanent adhesive (acrylic). This adhesive is intended for applications where the label must remain securely attached to many common surfaces after application.

This is suitable for, for example:

• Cardboard boxes
• Product packaging
• Warehouse identification
• Internal logistics applications

For specific, rough, or difficult-to-adhere surfaces, we advise testing the adhesion beforehand.

Practical label quality for indoor use

Z-Perform 1000D is Zebra's standard uncoated direct thermal paper quality. This quality is primarily intended for daily indoor applications where a clear barcode and legible text are required, but no extra protective coating is needed. This makes the material a practical choice for warehouse, logistics, and production environments.

Because the paper is uncoated, it has limited resistance to moisture and wear. For long-term exposure to moisture, oil, direct sunlight, or harsher conditions, we recommend a material specifically developed for such environments.

Gap detection without black mark

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x76 mm consists of individually die-cut labels with approximately 3.175 mm space between each label. The printer uses this space for gap detection.

This version features:

• Gap detection

The backing therefore continues to exit the printer as a single continuous strip.

Due to the 76.2 mm core and approx. 200 mm outer diameter, this version is intended for midrange and industrial Zebra label printers.
