Z-Perform 1000D 102x152mm
Do you want to apply a shipping label to a package directly on the shop floor, without having to walk to a fixed label printer first?
The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x152mm combines the familiar shipping label size with a compact roll for mobile Zebra printers.
What distinguishes this version is the roll structure. A 102x152mm label is quite large, but Zebra has wound the material onto a compact roll with:
This allows the large label to be used in compatible 4-inch mobile Zebra printers.
In other words, you get the print area of a standard shipping label without being tied to a fixed desktop or industrial printer.
Each roll contains 110 labels. A box consists of 16 rolls. This gives you a total of:
The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x152mm features a black mark on the back of the liner. The printer uses this black mark to accurately determine where each new label begins.
This version has:
The printer must support black-mark detection to process this roll correctly.
This specific version has no perforation between the labels. The backing exits the printer as one continuous strip. This works well for a workflow where the shipping label is removed from the backing immediately after printing and applied to the package.
Do you have an application where multiple printed labels, including the backing, need to be carried or distributed? Then a perforated version might be more practical.
The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x152mm is made of white, uncoated direct thermal paper. The print head heats the thermal material directly to make text and barcodes visible.
Therefore, you do not need:
The labels feature a permanent adhesive (acrylic). This adhesive is suitable for many common surfaces and fits well with shipping applications where the label must remain on the packaging during handling and transport.
Consider, for example:
For unusual or difficult surfaces, we always recommend testing adhesion in advance.
Z-Perform 1000D is Zebra's uncoated direct thermal paper quality. For normal applications. The material is a practical choice when you want to print clear barcodes and text without needing extra protection against harsh conditions. For normal package handling, warehouse work, and shipping, that is often exactly what is needed.
The uncoated paper is less suitable if the label will be exposed to moisture, oil, direct sunlight, or heavy wear for long periods. For such conditions, we recommend a more highly protected Zebra label material.
The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x152mm has been specifically developed for wide mobile Zebra label printers. This version is used with, among others:
Other mobile Zebra Printers may also be suitable if they support a 19mm core, approx. 63mm outer diameter, approx. 105mm media width, and black-mark detection.
