The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x102 mm provides a spacious square surface on which you can combine a clear barcode with multiple lines of information.

700 labels per desktop roll

Each roll contains 700 labels. A box consists of 12 rolls. This gives you a total of:

• 8,400 labels

The roll has a 25.4 mm core and an outer diameter of 127 mm.

This is a common format class for Zebra desktop label printers and offers a great balance between a large label and a sufficient number of labels per roll.

More capacity than a mobile roll

A large 102x102 mm label can also be supplied on compact mobile rolls, but those contain significantly fewer labels due to the smaller roll diameter. This desktop version contains 700 labels per roll.

This is especially convenient when the printer is at a fixed workstation and is used regularly throughout the day. You don't have to change rolls as often, without needing a large industrial label printer.

Direct thermal: print without a ribbon

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x102 mm is made of white, uncoated direct thermal paper. The print head heats the paper directly to make text and barcodes visible.

Therefore, you do not need:

• Thermal transfer ribbon
• Ink
• Toner

Just load the roll, set up the printer, and you can start printing immediately.

Permanent acrylic adhesive

The labels are equipped with a permanent acrylic adhesive. This glue is intended for applications where the label must remain firmly in place on many common surfaces after application.

This makes this version suitable for, for example:

• Cardboard boxes
• Product packaging
• Warehouse bins
• Internal logistics applications
• Product identification

For special, rough, or difficult surfaces, we always recommend testing in advance whether the adhesive bonds sufficiently.

Practical paper quality for daily indoor use

Z-Perform 1000D is Zebra's standard uncoated direct thermal paper quality. This quality is intended for applications where you want to print a clear barcode or text without needing an additional protective coating.

This fits well with daily use in:

• Manufacturing

The uncoated paper is less suitable for prolonged exposure to moisture, oil, direct sunlight, or heavy wear. For such conditions, we recommend a material specifically developed for that purpose.

Gap detection without black mark

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x102 mm consists of individually die-cut labels with approximately 3.175 mm of space between each label. The printer uses this gap for gap detection.

This version has:

• Gap detection
• No black mark
• No perforation
• Outside wound
• One label across

The backing liner remains a continuous strip as it comes out of the printer.

No perforation

This specific version has no perforation in the backing paper. This fits well with a fixed workstation where labels are removed from the backing and applied immediately after printing.

Do you want to take multiple printed labels with backing or easily tear them apart? Then a version with perforation might be more practical.

For Zebra desktop label printers

The roll has:

• 25.4 mm core
• 127 mm outer diameter
• approximately 104.8 mm roll width

As such, this version is intended for Zebra desktop label printers.

The roll size falls, for example, within the media specifications of:

• Zebra ZD220
• Zebra ZD421

Various Zebra desktop printers from the older GC, GK, GX, and ZD series can also process rolls of this format class.
