Setting up the printer in My DHL: 

In the top menu 'settings', you can select various options for setting up the printer.

Which options you see here depends on whether you toggle the 'use label printer' option on or off.

Setting up the label printer: 

In the 'settings' menu, select the option 'use label printer'. If you are using a Zebra brand label printer, you can turn on the 'use ZPL' option to speed up the printing process. You will need to download and install the ZPL program first.

 

Select the 'automatic printing' option if you want to display the print preview immediately when you click the print button under 'new shipment'. 

 

 

In your local printer settings on your PC, set the label size to 10 x 21 cm.

Tip: create a preference setting in your label printer configuration for a 'DHL label' with a size of 100 x 210mm.
