chemische labels

Companies that produce or trade in chemical substances or preparations know better than anyone that there are extremely strict rules for packaging and labels. This is, of course, in the interest of the safety of the user and the consumer. The material of our labels is resistant to the effects of chemical substances. The printing of the labels must also meet legal requirements. For chemical labels, labels are used for hazardous substances. We print these labels on rolls, as self-adhesive labels, and we produce foil labels made of polypropylene or polyethylene that always meet these requirements.

We produce roll labels made of polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE):

Chemical labels must naturally be able to withstand particularly harsh conditions, so that they remain attached and legible for as long as necessary. They must not be degraded by chemical substances or damaged, ensuring you can always verify the contents of the relevant container.

Chemical labels are often applied to rough surfaces, such as drums and barrels, jerrycans, containers, IBCs, Big Bags, bottles, and pallets. That is why we produce with many different types of adhesive; for every surface, we have an adhesive type that adheres well. In addition, labels must be resistant to chemicals (acids, alkalis, solvents), seawater, dirt, grease, and oil, and must be able to withstand environmental factors such as heat, moisture, cold, and UV exposure.

We always develop suitable labels for chemical products in close consultation with our customers. For this, we use various types of durable films, adhesives, and UV- and heat-resistant printing inks.

Advantages of our printed roll labels:

  • We always produce in accordance with all regulations;
  • We always produce at the best price and deliver on demand;
  • We always produce using various materials and in the highest print quality;
